Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services & Ongoing Management Plans

• Clients may cancel services at any time with a 30-day written notice.

• No cancellation fees apply, but clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the cancellation date.

• Refunds for prepaid services (if applicable) will be prorated based on unused time.

One-Time Strategy Sessions & Audits

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling available.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: Non-refundable; rescheduling subject to availability.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-value, results-driven services. Due to the customized nature of our consulting work:

• No refunds are issued for services already performed or consultations completed.
