Enterprise and investment partnerships
We welcome inquiries from people seeking opportunities to invest in enterprises developed through Mount Spurr, its portfolio companies, or its clients. Opportunities, when available, will vary by enterprise and will be evaluated individually. This invitation is for expressions of interest and relationship-building; it is not an offer to sell securities or a promise of any specific investment opportunity or return.
Creative real-estate opportunities
We also welcome conversations with real-estate investors, property owners, and sellers who are open to creative-finance transactions, operating partnerships, seller financing, lease options, subject-to arrangements, and other non-traditional structures. The strongest opportunities begin with transparent goals, realistic economics, appropriate due diligence, and a fair allocation of risk and reward.
